Pizza Toni in Paderborn

I loved it....it was so yummy pizzas. And also recieving customers it's so good. Luckily there is a person who can talk English and also they are people who listens to no German speakers.

We ordered pizza, unfortunately not everything was delivered. Called again and unfortunately had a bad-tempered employee on it ... she admitted that additional requests (but always possible on the homepage) unfortunately mess up and overwhelm the kitchen. The forgotten was then delivered after more than 1 hour and of course everything was cold ... Salad was brown and charred in places

I don't understand how you can produce such a disgusting, sloppy pizza while waiting over an hour

We ordered two pizzas and a serving of pizza rolls online through the website. Apparently there was a problem when booking, in any case the wrong pizza was ordered, although we both had seen that the correct pizza was in the shopping cart beforehand. Unfortunately, we only discovered this when we had already received the wrong pizza. When we called whether it would actually be possible to deliver the right pizza, we were told by a nice but slightly overwhelmed employee that it was unfortunately too late and the kitchen would close soon. After a long time he said that we could get the right pizza for free the next day. After about 10 minutes the boss apparently called me back with the statement that the delivery driver would now be back with the receipt and that they had delivered what I had ordered. In addition, their system would never make mistakes, it was our fault, which happened in an incredibly unfriendly tone, even though we had definitely ordered the right ones. Even one star is still too much with such customer service and, above all, such a way of dealing and tone with customers. We have been there in the restaurant several times before, but that will never happen again (neither online nor on site).

Very poor owner I order 13 pizzas and he didn't offer nothing extra for free, next time I will go to domino's pizza and for sure we will get some promotion, plus one pizza was rubbish all adds fall down from pizza bread very poor i my opinion in kebab shop they do much better pizza ???

We waited 1.5 hours for our pizzas, which were then completely charred and half of the order was missing which had already been paid! When we called then we were asked if we would like to have our missing order delivered ... the order then also came completely charred without any compensation and cold. We always liked to order, but unfortunately it was the last time. Pity !

A very poorly organized delivery service. You call them and order something. You don't get anything in an hour and when you call them they say you didn't order. So you starve to death and when they bring the order after two hours, they are totally overwhelmed and expect an apology from the customer. I had such a bad evening when I ordered something THERE.

Instead of one 22cm pizza and three 26cm pizzas, four 22cm pizzas were delivered. When asked nicely over the phone, the boss just said unfriendly there was no 22cm height and hung up. Called again and asked if you could not be accommodating and refund the difference, then the person on the phone became super puffy, said the pizzas had just shrunk and we were unlucky. The statement that we would pass this on was only answered with "We don't care. We have enough customers" Hopefully not any more soon. Never experienced customer service like this before. P.S. The pizzas don't really taste good either.

Disastrous visit. Data protection is not respected here, it is not considered a fart here. In every restaurant a separate slip of paper is taken for each guest to enter their data on, but not at Pizza Toni there is a slip of paper used for all guests so that each guest receives the data of everyone. In theory, a guest could do something with private data on the Internet. Name, mobile number and signature freely available to everyone. The data protection regulation is also not referred to in this shop as a foreign word! When we didn't want to fill out the slip of paper, the boss approached us cheekily and verbally and threw us out. Never again Pizza Toni on Marinstrasse!

Despite pre-ordering I had to wait 15 minutes, the pizza was cold afterwards, it was about 7 minutes in the pizzeria while I was waiting outside. In addition, the edge was burned, and some of the pizza rolls that were ordered were burned. In addition to these deficiencies, it was still not understood in this pizzeria that there was Corona, employees walk through the pizzeria without a mask, and guests are not advised of the mask requirement. One should avoid such catering establishments.

After negative experiences like many here, we thought today: Let's give Pizza Toni another chance. Ordered 9 pizzas. Called again after 1:15 hours. There they said that the driver had had an accident (which can of course happen) and that the pizzas were already on their way to us. Called again after another 20 minutes without pizza. On the one hand, to let you know that our pizzas had not yet made the 5 minute transfer according to Google Maps. On the other hand, to express the concern that we would now receive a pizza that had been driven around for over 30 minutes. On the phone I was passed 3 times. Statements: 1. the pizza is on its way (of course it is!). 2. If the pizza isn't hot, I should call again. 3. The boss calls me back. Another 10 minutes later: pizza is coming. I stand across from the pizza delivery boy. He tells me that they have to sort the orders first, that he had an accident or breakdown with nieces or something, that I should just wait for the pizza and I should kindly order my pizza somewhere else in the future. Good advice! I will heed.

Pizza like before. Top and super tasty. Service very nice too

That was definitely our last order. We were used to the fact that the pizza always took a good hour until it was delivered the almost 2km, but I thought that the pizza and the salad were only prepared after 1.5 hours and after a telephone call, I found a strong one Piece. To top it off, the pizza rolls were missing and on another phone call I was told that it was "bad luck" and that I could certainly do without the rolls. Nothing of an apology or the like, just more cheeky comments and that you could ask for something "free" the next time you order.

Waited 2 hours for 2 pizzas. They arrived cold too. Then we were told freezing cold that they could pick up the pizzas themselves. Took 2 hours for 1.5 kilometers. So bold.

Not recommendable. The pizzeria is in a good location and has a nice ambience, but it ends there. Understanding when making calls is very difficult, as you often hardly understand anything. In addition, I unfortunately had a total of 4 orders out of a total of 20 orders in which the ordered dish was not made (often totally wrong pizza topping). These mistakes could be overlooked if the pizzas weren't also very small. My 30cm pizzas were only 25-26cm tall on average. You can safely overlook this with a one-off order, but the boss was completely amazed after I asked him how this came about. The presence of his guests didn't bother him, just as it didn't bother him to fold the new young pizza maker right in front of my eyes for a burnt pizza. Even though the pizza tastes quite good, I unfortunately cannot recommend the shop, as this kind of behavior is absolutely not appropriate in gastronomy.

For us the best pizzeria in Paderborn. We have been there several times now. My partner finds the waiting time a bit too long, I still found it normal; however, the delicious pizza is worth it. I had an extra wish for my pizza, that wasn't a problem either. I like that you can watch the food being prepared. Unfortunately, we cannot say how it is when ordering.

That was by far the best pizza I have ever eaten, there were 25 people visiting and we were warmly and quickly received the food was there very quickly and tasted wonderful! The pasta dishes are also great and prepared with love. The staff is super nice and helps with any questions We can only recommend it ? ?

We placed a pizza order online over the weekend. The waiting time was given as 35-40 minutes. After 1.5 hours and two phone calls with a friendly, but completely overwhelmed employee, we finally got our pizza. The pizza would have tasted good if it hadn't arrived lukewarm. It's a shame because we always enjoyed ordering from Pizza Toni. But this was our last order.

We ordered 3 pizzas and wanted to pick them up. On site, we were told that nobody knew anything, but it was their turn. Which pizzas were ordered was not asked again. So we wondered where to work on it. We then got pizza somewhere else. It's a shame.

Always been the best pizza since i rember first going 25 year ago.still there and going strong for a good reason.

You can see your Italian style Pizzas prepared. Prices are good. Taste is also good. Not a big place, little bit annoying when crowded. Friendly staff. city centre,no park place.

Unfortunately, both 26cm pizzas were only 23cm tall. Therefore price / performance for me not justified. In addition, the delivery took place after 45-60 minutes after 1: 20h. Therefore 2 star deduction. The taste was the pizza but very good. Maybe it's better if you eat locally.

One of the best Pizza shop in Paderborn. I have eaten here many times. Also, not too pricey. In 5 € one can easily gets medium size pizza and so many varieties to select from.

I was tired, so I decided to ask for a delivery. It was quick and it was very surprising- not only the size of the pizza but the taste - wow - perfect Thank you for making my day!

Amazing place

A small Pizza place in Paderborn Altstadt area, easily reachable from Central Station and Westerntor Bus station by walking. Authentic Italian Pizzas with various varieties! Cool hangout place.

Vegan are welcome! Pizza or lasagna for vegan are on the menu. Really good, tasty and cheap. Small and cozy.

Fair prices, kind employees, very good pizza! Only drawback is that, provided that you actually eat in the restaurant and don't take away your food, it is pretty noisy in there (due to the fact, that the phone rings very frequently and people come to take their pizza away).

Cheap and fast. Pizzas are well seasoned and the ingredients are tasty, I love how they do the dough.
